On October 6-7, pizzaioli from across Canada gathered at the Montr\u00e9al Science Centre for the inaugural Gold Pizza Competition Presented by Saputo Foodservice.<\/p>\n

Over two incredible days, talented chefs showcased their technical skill, creativity and passion for the craft, bringing together the people and ideas shaping Canada’s pizza industry. Now, it’s time to celebrate the chefs who earned a place on the podium.<\/p>\n
