Neapolitan Style
Classic delivery-style pizza featuring traditional ingredients and techniques.
Delivery Style
Large-format, hand-stretched pizzas with classic New York characteristics.
New York Style
Detroit, Sicilian, Grandma, Greek and other pan-baked styles.
Detroit/ Pan Pizza
Roman-style pizza including Teglia, Pala and Tonda variations.

Push the boundaries with original concepts, unique ingredients and innovative techniques.
Creative
Official competition cheeses and select specialty cheeses are provided by Saputo. Category-specific product requirements will be outlined in the Official Rules.

The Gold Pizza Competition is proudly presented by Saputo Foodservice, one of the world's leading dairy companies and a long-standing supporter of Canada's foodservice industry.
Competitors will have access to a curated selection of pizza mozzarella and specialty cheeses.
From Registration to the Awards Stage
Your Journey to gold
Step 1: Register
Complete your online registration and select your competition category.
Step 2: Prepare
Bring your dough, sauces and signature ingredients.
Step 3: Compete
Prepare your pizzas within the allotted competition time and present your creation to our judging panel.
Step 4: Celebrate
Winners will be announced during the Gold Pizza Competition Awards Ceremony.
Premium Competition Ingredients
Official competition cheeses and selected ingredients will be provided by Saputo Foodservice, ensuring competitors have access to exceptional dairy products during the competition.
